I am from Andhra Pradesh. Vijay movies are not released in Andhra Pradesh because most of his movies are remake of telugu movies. Only Thupaki got released. Many ajith films got released. Here people knows ajith better than Vijay. I can surely say andhra people like ajith better than Vijay.

I am a die hard thala fan doesnt mean I hate vijay. but when acting is considered I would say ajith anna. vijay is good in commercials of course I accept his katthi was good and thupakki. sure he also has his time. bu ajith is flexible in doing roles(though not off late where he is doing only commercials I need to accept). failures: well bith had string of failures but it was ajith who gave a stunning comeback in varalaru in 2006 with his performance winning filmfare awards and a BO blockbuster. it was a much hyped film at that time(pl remember much-hyped films have mostly flopped big time at BO in Indian cinema industry but not in the case of ajith). when coming to character and dual roles,etc. ajith has 5 hits-3 blockbusters vaali,billa(2007) and villain(2002). 1 super-hit citizen though I accept he has over acted a bit in that film and too many dialogues. 1 BO hit(above average but not a superhit or a blockbuster I accept) attagasam. 1 flop asal. for vijay till date four films in dual role ATM,villu and puli BO disasters n one super-hit katthi last eyar(a well deserved one I accept). so it took 15 and a half years almost for vijay to give an appearance in dual roles in 2007(ATM) and give a BO hit after 22 years in katthi. triple action ajith acted in varalaru n a blockbuster whereas vijay yet to act in a triple action role. so u ppl(neutral persons i.e just cinema lovers without bias give a review). when physically challenged roles are concerned ajith acted in vaali(deaf and dumb),villain(handicapped) and varalaru(distinct features) and allw ere blockbusters whereas for vijay kannukul nilavu( physcho based character) was a debacle at the BO.  also coming to noted films like 1st,25th 50th films as on now all the three were success for ajith n al the 3 were flops for vijay. for ajith amaravati was 1st film and a BO hit(above average though not a superhit or a blockbuster I accept),25th film amarkalam a superhit and all that mattered 50th film mankatha a blockbuster. for vijay 1st film naalaya theepru flop,5th film kannukul nilavu utter flop n all that mattered 50th film an epic disaster. see both had success n failures in their carrier but it was vijay who was more criticised than ajith during the failure phase. vijay is yet to give a hit in villain role,physically challenged role,role of a don just commercials are his motto. but thala has fetched success in almost all roles he has done so far. now I request neutral audience to comment on my post....... but pl dont put me to the offensive part I am not a vijay hater but a die hard ajith fan. when they are like brothers personally what is the use of fans fighting. pl give ur reply............
