Vijay is the best no doubt at all. Vijay is a complete package in the cine industry. Vijay has the skills of acting, dancing, singing, fighting, emoting.

Whereas ajith Was doing some good acting till he began to be called as 'thala'. In most of his movies, ajith is trying to project himself as just a mass hero. There is not much skill of acting by ajith. He doesn't have as good skills of Vijay like acting, dancing, singing. And Vijay has this next boy face and is smart and manly which attracts the crowd to see Vijay as one among them. 

Ajith who is not a Tamilian with his stereotyped 'thala' image has only one section of fans, that is few youngsters who like Ajith. Ajith seems to be having too much of headweight as he is coming out of his 'thala' image and does only mass masala movies. Ajith cannot do a classical movie. Ajith with his 'thala' image and lots of negative characters in his movies like stealing, obscene scenes with ladies, lots of drinking, smoking, dancing in the parties with bikini girls is not welcome by the family audience. Ajith has NO family audience at all.   Whereas Vijay who is a tamilian, a very good actor, singer, dancer does both mass and class movies. His mass movies include the likes of Ghilli, pokiri, Thirumalai, Thirupachi  and his class movies include the likes of Sachien, Kavalan , Nanban etc. Vijay has done so many family oriented subjects which is very much liked by family audience like Poove unakaga, Kathalaku mariyathai, Thulllatha manamum Thullum etc. Vijay is very much loved by family audiences. 

When a ajith movie releases, only his young fans see the movie and that too not much. But when a vijay movie releases, it is watched by the young mass and also the family audiences.          Ajith with his stereotyped mass masala movies, which are not big hits has been able to capture only the young fans. But Vijay with his overall round of movies has huge mass fans of youth, kids, and families.  

So ajith has only few "young fans", whereas Vijay has huge mass of fans and audiences. Hence that makes very clear that Vijay is far far far better than Ajith.

Vijay has all the capabilities of acting and talents to survive in film industry. His skills like singing, dancing, etc. are additional advantages for him.

I don't think one should have a skill of bike racing or acting and it is of no use in film industry. If people think, a hero possessing a lady like voice is their favourite, they wil be ajith fans even after reading this.

 

Vijay is always the best according to me... Someone has told ajith has higher number of fans than those of vijay. It is absolute non-sense and lack of awareness. You have google and check the results of any survey.

Obviously Vijay is best..his thuppaki had reached the peak n he is next to superstar in reaching 100

plus crore club..ajith still cant reach dat...

I strongly feel Ajith is the best. Because vijay had a strong background( his parents are from the same field) so they kinda backed him. But that's not the case with  Ajith he came up all by himself. Today the position he is in the fame etc is all a result of his hard work. 

He certainly deserves more than all the others in the top positions as if now.
