when i watched 'jeyam', i was really impressed with the female lead. i somehow felt that she was different the rest of the actresses around. cos she had the beauty as well as the ability to act well, like Simran. her dialogues in 'jeyam' catapulted her to one of the most sought after new faces in tamil cinema. and it was to her advantage that most of the actors were drooling over her beauty. but because of her condtions to only wear the costumes she choses and not to do glamour roles, she has very little films on hand. and her latest 2 releases, 'Varnajalam' and 'Ethiri' only had a fair run, even though she acted quite naturally in them..i feel it's cos her parts in these 2 films were very brief.. she could have been given a lengthier role in the films.. the directors only wanted to use her beauty, not her talents.. it's unfair fo her! is she losing her touch on the tamil moviegoers? i hope not cos she's one really pretty and brainy actress i've ever seen.. maybe she didn't choose her films carefully.. i just hope that Shankar's 'Anniyan' would give her a firmer foothold in tamil cinema! Good luck Sada!
I agree.I was wondering what wrong with people in this message board .When are we guys (south indians) really going to appreciate talent?.No wonder our movies are such a crap except a few....Trisha is a dumbest belle in film Industry. She backs on her youthful college going girl looks and puts makeup pretty well.other than that she has a horrible manly figure.Guys are you out of mind !!!.She has no curves for heavens sake. Her nose is big chunk and her lips are good i accept but dont you see her always pouting like Jyothika and she just has a couple of expressions and repeats it forever and this is all acting according to her though she is in industry for 5 years .shame on her and on us who appreciate her. That really shows lack of talent.I really like Sada .She looks very thin nowadays and her costume and makeup really needs attention.Other than that I find her very expresive. She is a tall, sleek and graceful female who will come a long way provided we audience give way to good taste rather settle down for cheaper stuff like the stuff sold in Ranganthan street( Trisha - though she was in modelling she is not a model stuff).
